Electronic communication is our preferred communication method, to help manage club expenses:  we do not send HOA bills or any other form of communication by regular mail.   Therefore - the primary email contact(s) we have in our membership system is how you will receive important communications and notices going forward

We currently have records here for about 90% of the community. Please don't assume that simply because we have you on our email list that we have all your other contact information (e.g. Gold Beach address, billing address, primary contact phone#, etc)    Many of the requests we receive about missing invoices, or missing community messages reflect the fact that we don't have complete contact information for you (e.g. bills are sent to one spouse, not both), so again, please take a moment to make sure we have your current contact information.
