The Clubhouse is available at no cost, throughout the year for our resident/members to book for family events, parties, recurring games, meetings, receptions, weddings, birthdays, retirements or whatever event you may need. The room capacity is 70 persons.
Special Interest groups also use the Clubhouse for their get-togethers: for example: residents Blythe Bartlett and Marcy Rice have weekly Bridge and Mahjong groups. There are several craft groups also.
Here are the guidelines:
- The Clubhouse may be reserved by Gold Beach Community members in good standing.
- We require a $150 deposit when food/drink are served, or a gathering includes 20 or more attendees.
- Your deposit is returned when the clubhouse is left sufficiently clean and ready for the next member to use it.
- The pool, lower-level of the clubhouse, and sport courts remain available for other residents to use during your reservation.
- Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10pm-7am (weekdays), 10pm-9am weekends, subject to King County regulation.

Gold Beach Community Club
Our Community Clubhouse is a community asset and treasure!
It sits on Lower Gold Beach, with a short path to the beach. The beach is open to the public, and is the most beautiful sandy beach on Puget Sound, with majestic views of Mount Rainier and bountiful wildlife!
