Note that the GBCC covenants are grouped into four 4 plat divisions:  so you must find the plat division corresponding to your lot, and the covenants corresponding to your Division.  There is only one set of GBCC Bylaws, and they are modified from time-to-time, by quorum vote and approval of the GBCC inc. community.
