Gold Beach Community - Annual Dues
Gold Beach Annual Dues are currently $300 for the full year,
and are due by April 1, each year.
Your dues can be paid online, electronically and without transaction fees, by using the payment method link and information that you will receive in an email from us (GBCC)
Important Note:
we need a valid email on file with us to receive this payment link.

Paying electronically:
If you pay using the payment link, there are two options: ACH or Credit Card.
The $3 transaction fee is waived (It is paid by your HOA)
- these options are standard encrypted transactions, and DO NOT SAVE your
account information in any system
1) Paying by ACH requires entering your Bank Routing number and your Checking
Account number. The $3 transaction fee is waived (paid by HOA) and your information is not saved in any system: a one-time encrypted transaction.
2) Paying by Credit Card requires entering credit card 16 digit number, expiration
date, and the 3 digit CVV security code.

3) Pay by Check- mail:
-If you pay by check, drop your check in the GBCC Clubhouse mailbox at the
entrance to the Clubhouse parking lot, or mail it to:

Note: Late or delinquent Annual Dues?
- Key FOB access to the Clubhouse and Swimming Pool require that your
Annual Dues are current.
- Failure to pay your dues by September 1 could result in having a lien placed on your property.
