Important New Resident & Realtor Information:


1)  All Gold Beach homeowners are required members of Gold Beach Community Club, Inc. (GBCC) organization:  a legal corporation / social club (IRS 501c7), and are subject to legal and enforceable GBCC By-Laws and Covenants.


2) The Bylaws and Covenants can be printed from the tab by the same name, on this website, and must be provided to the home buyer prior to closing, during the disclosures process.     


3) Note that the GBCC Covenants are grouped into four 4 plat divisions:  so you must find the plat division corresponding to the lot being sold/purchased, and the covenants corresponding to that Division. 


4) There is only one set of GBCC Bylaws, and they are modified from time-to-time, by quorum vote and approval of the GBCC community.


5)  Gold Beach covenants prohibit business use of property, and prohibit multi-family residences. 


6)  Clubhouse Key Fobs:  At closing, be sure that the previous homeowner turns over their club electronic Key FOB and deliver to the new homeowner.  See the Key Fob tab on this website for more information.

Rentals in Gold Beach

At Gold Beach, we take great pride in the character of our community.  In order to keep our quiet, friendly residential community in tact, please review and respect the following guidelines:

  • The community allows single family residences to be rented for no less than 30 days
  • Multi-family residences are not allowed
  • Vacation rentals are discouraged unless they meet the 30 day minimum requirement

Dues and Assessments

Dues and assessments are $300 per year per GBCC Club member and due every April 1.

Facilities

The Gold Beach Community Clubhouse, Pool and basketball/pickleball court are wonderful amenities that members should take advantage of.  Be aware that members must be in good standing and current on dues in order to use the facilities.  The Clubhouse can be reserved by Gold Beach resident/members, to use for family events, parties, games or other functions.

The Clubhouse can be reserved for private functions by any resident in good standing, and generally without cost:  this is an amazing benefit of our social club community!
