The Clubhouse may be reserved by Gold Beach Community members in good standing.

• We require a $150 deposit when food/drink are served, or a gathering includes 20 or more attendees.

• Your deposit is returned when the clubhouse is left sufficiently clean and ready for the next member to use it.

• The pool, lower-level of the clubhouse, and sport courts remain available for other residents to use during your reservation.

• Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10pm-7am (weekdays), 10pm-9am weekends, subject to King County regulation.
