Our Community Clubhouse
A TREASURE ON THE SOUND
Community members can reserve the Clubhouse facility at no cost.
The Clubhouse may be reserved by Gold Beach Community members in good standing.
We require a $150 deposit when food/drink are served, or a gathering includes 20 or more attendees.
Your deposit is returned when the clubhouse is left sufficiently clean and ready for the next member to use it.
Please complete the Clubhouse Rental Agreement Google Form. You can check space availability via the Clubhouse Calendar button in the section above (‘Step 1’)
The pool, lower-level of the clubhouse, and sport courts remain available for other residents to use during your reservation.
Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10pm-7am (weekdays), 10pm-9am weekends, subject to King County regulation.

Make sure to clean-up after your event/activity at the Clubhouse. Please complete this Google Form to let us know you got it cleaned-up.
