At Gold Beach, we take great pride in the character of our community. In order to keep our quiet, friendly residential community in tact, please review and respect the following guidelines:
The community allows single family residences to be rented for no less than 30 days
Multi-family residences are not allowed
Vacation rentals are discouraged unless they meet the 30 day minimum requirement
